After sales assistance: technical assistance can be executed both at your site and on-line through Olsa's remote diagnostic system. All equipment is backed up with a supply of spare parts regardless of the date of construction, including spot maintenance services.
Training: after-installation training at your site is performed by our technical specialists and is an important part of the Site Acceptance Test (SAT). Expert engineering and technical support is the built-in value you get whether it's an Olsa Mixer Homogenizer, Vacuum Dryer or Process System product.
Preventive Maintenance: is a free service offered to qualified customers. It consists of a scheduled review of our equipment so that we make sure you get optimum efficiency and output.
On-Site Programs: Olsa offers specially designed long-term agreements for maintenance at your site.
Validation: IQ, OQ and Instrument Calibration protocols are routinely supplied to pharmaceutical clients. Olsa can also provide onsite calibration services.
Turn Key Plants: Olsa is available to engineer and supply not only its own equipment, but also auxiliary products such as piping, electronics, instrumentation and automation, for complete plant systems.
