Carlo grew his automation knowledgebase from a young age. After graduating in industrial automation, he developed his management skills directly in the field traveling mainly between Africa, Middle East and the rest of the world leading him to various positions in the Oil&Gas industry, as project engineer to project manager. 

He joined Olsa in 2020 as after sales & services manager beside managing FAT and SAT activities

After completing a course of study to become a chemical-pharmaceutical plant technician, Simone joined Olsa in 2022 as a Spare Parts and Services seller in the After Sales Department.
Few years later taking the role of Sales Coordinator for the After Sales Department.

Paolo started his path in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry with a technical course focused on process plants, later completing a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in the chemical field.
Joining Olsa in 2022, Paolo initially worked as a Commissioning Technician, gaining valuable hands-on experience with systems. This role paved the way for his current position as After Sales Project Manager, where he ensures smooth communication and efficient projects coordination throughout all stages.

Marcello holds a degree in Industrial Chemistry and joined Olsa in 2021 as Service Engineer. Combining academic knowledge with field experience, he supports international projects through FAT/SAT commissioning, technical assistance, and after-sales services. His work focuses on system reliability, process efficiency, and long-term client support.

Part of the Olsa team since 2018, starting his journey in the administrative department.
Over time, transitioned into the role of After Sales Assistant, where she's now focused on supporting customers and ensuring their satisfaction after the sale.
